Singer Kenna has organized an expedition to the top of Mt. Kilimanjaro called Summit On The Summit to raise awareness of the billion people worldwide who lack access to clean drinking water.
Other celebrities, including Jessica Biel and Lupe Fiasco, have also committed to the treacherous climb, set to take place next January.
Several organizations have emerged in the past several years to promote access to clean drinking water worldwide, including charity: water, Drop in the Bucket, and Matt Damon's Water.org.
